All LM vibrators come equipped with an aluminium ABSORPTION CASING and are SILENT as a result.
De Wilde Triltechniek’s medium-sized vibrators come with a hardened piston and cylinder with a casing designed for this specific purpose. This casing uses exhaust air as a cooling medium. This reduces the already low surface temperature of the running surfaces. We produce the piston and cylinder with high precision. The use of special materials and surface techniques in these vibrators guarantees a long service life.

One of the main advantages of these linear or piston vibrators is that both frequency and amplitude can be controlled independently across practically the entire range; from 3 to 6 bar. LM series linear vibrators boast high efficiency and low air consumption. Unlike rotary vibrators, piston vibrators cause no start-up or shut-down delays and are suitable for pulsed operation.
The casing of LM vibrators comes with special surface treatment, making them corrosion-resistant and therefore resistant to most cleaning agents.
Applications
The vibrators are very suitable for driving vibrating chutes, vibrating screens and vibrating tables or for installation on bunkers, silos and hoppers for optimal outflow of your bulk material. Other possible applications include compaction of bulk material, dosing, sorting, separating or mixing, orienting, venting, unblocking, and so on.
A starting valve is required for HORIZONTAL use.
Mouting plates
Steel and stainless steel mounting plates are available for these vibrators, suitable for the LM 35, LM 45 en LM 60 series.
ATEX
All our vibrators are suitable for the following ATEX zones: Cat.2 II, (2G-2D) T6,zone 1,2,21 and 22.
