Vibrating chutes
Vibrating feeders are used for various applications ranging from precision dosing to bulk transport. The drive is done by pneumatic linear vibrators, electric unbalance motors or by electromagnetic vibrators. Conveyor speeds can be very finely adjusted via pneumatic control or electronic control thanks to the stepless adjustment of amplitude and frequency.

Vibrator drives
The vibrating trough drive causes a direct vibration transfer to a bucket, trough or other surface. They are used in packaging machines or special processes where a volumetric feed of bulk goods or products is required.
The drives are small, compact electromagnets in a dust-tight housing. Depending on the size and weight of the container or gutter, it is possible to mount several drives.
The vibrating trough drive can be installed by De Wilde Triltechniek or by the customer.
