LE Series
These highly robust vibrators with external weight offer special advantages compared to vibrators in the LK, LM and LG series. Compressed air puts the hardened piston in linear motion, the weight of which can be increased by adding weights. This automatically creates different frequencies, amplitudes and drive powers. We produce the piston and cylinder with high precision. The use of special materials and surface techniques in these vibrators guarantees a long service life.

As with the vibrators in the other series, frequency and amplitude can be adjusted independently. A special feature is that these vibrators can also be mounted to an object via the piston.
One of the main advantages of these linear or piston vibrators is that both frequency and amplitude can be controlled independently across practically the entire range; from 3 to 6 bar. LM series linear vibrators boast high efficiency and low air consumption.
Unlike rotary vibrators, piston vibrators cause no start-up or shut-down delays and are suitable for pulsed operation.
Applications
Vibrators with an external weight can be used when a large amplitude and low frequency is required, such as when vibrating filtration systems. The vibrators can be used in ‘open and closed’ spaces and are also suitable for outdoor applications. Vibrators from the LE series are widely used in environmental engineering and for cleaning filter elements. In addition, vibrators with an external weight can be used via vibrating plates or shaker chutes to compact (volume gain).
