Flodyn
Flodyn® is the vertical outflow dispenser that provides an adjustable product flow and enables volumetric dosing of powders, granules and granules.
The Flodyn® is easy to install (‘in-line’) and takes up little space due to its low height. The product flow is visible during the operation of the Flodyn®. The product can be supplied from a silo or container and flows through a funnel on the platform of the vibrating mechanism. The required flow is obtained by electrically or pneumatically moving the platform into an oscillating movement. The flow capacity is infinitely adjustable.

Thanks to its versatile properties, the Flodyn® can be used for a wide range of applications:
supply of bulk materials to weighing and weighing belt installations, crushers, crushers, hammer and ball mills, screening devices and conveyor belts;
regular discharge of the product from semi-bulk containers, silos and cyclones;
screws and weighing devices.
All metal parts of the Flodyn® are made of stainless steel. The housing of the Flodyn® series consists of two flanges between which a transparent cylinder is placed. The closed vibrating mechanism is attached to the bottom flange. The vibrating mechanism is connected to the control box via a socket and plug (IP65) or via a pneumatic connection.
The Flodyn® is available in four versions, depending on the capacity. The physical properties of the product, such as the grain shape and grain size, the bulk density and the pouring properties are also important for the capacity.

The Flodyn® can be applied to, among other things: Silo discharge, transport container discharge, cyclone discharge, uniform sieve supply, uniform screw conveyor supply, uniform conveyor belt supply, uniform supply at grinding tools, granulate supply, gravimetric dosing, divided discharge, built-in unit in pipe systems, etc..
To determine which type of Flodyn® is most suitable, the products to be vibrated should always be tested first. This can be done in a test set-up on location or at the De Wilde Triltechniek.
